1. Acceptance
By registering or using Zenuqo, a service operated by Zenuqo, Inc., a Delaware corporation, you accept these Terms fully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old. One account per person. Accurate registration info required. Keep credentials confidential.
3. Free Trial
24-hour free trial on first registration. One trial per person. Creating multiple accounts to extend the trial is prohibited and may result in permanent termination.
4. Subscription, Payment & Right of Withdrawal
$10.00/month via Stripe. Auto-renews monthly. Cancel anytime — access until end of billing period. No refunds for partial periods. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Right of Withdrawal (EU consumers): EU consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the subscription date. Before checkout, you must actively select the consent box confirming that you request immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that, once performance begins following that explicit request, your right of withdrawal is lost pursuant to Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU. Checkout will not proceed without that confirmation.
5. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible. We accept no liability for damages caused by unavailability.
6. Acceptable Use
Prohibited: illegal/harmful content, spam, phishing, IP violations, scraping, bypassing safety measures, impersonation, CSAM, automated mass requests. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including upon reasonable suspicion of a violation, without prior notice and without refund.
7. AI Risks and Disclaimer
AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or biased. Zenuqo is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other expert advice. We expressly disclaim all liability for harm from AI-generated content. Always verify important information independently.
8. Copyright & AI Content
You retain ownership of submitted content. AI outputs are for personal, non-commercial use. Do not claim AI content as solely human-authored. AI outputs may inadvertently resemble copyrighted material — verify before publishing commercially.
9. API & Technical Use
Do not reverse-engineer the service, access underlying APIs directly, or conduct automated high-volume requests without written permission.
10. Logging & Abuse Detection
We may log usage data and monitor for abuse, security incidents, and violations. Logs may be retained for security and legal purposes.
11. Data Loss Disclaimer
While we maintain backups, we do not guarantee recovery of accidentally deleted or corrupted data. We recommend exporting important content periodically.
12. Liability
Service “as is” without warranties. No liability for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability capped at fees paid in the last 3 months.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to non-waivable consumer rights, the state courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we consent to those courts.
14. Severability
If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions stay in full force.
